A client may only request a refund (not including a deposit) if the surgeon or surgery center cancels their appointment due to an emergency or failure to meet medical clearance. A client must submit a documented cancellation letter from the surgeon or surgery center to Secrets Unveiled Aesthetics for review. All deposits are non-refundable.

Clients are eligible for a one-time transfer of deposits and/or payments if surgery is postponed to a later date.

For home visits - Please be available at the time of your appointment. Your session will start once our staff arrives at your designated location. Failure to be present at your appointment time will count as a session, and you will be charged accordingly.

For in-suite appointments - Please arrive on time. If you are running late, please call us at 404-919-0788. In case of tardiness, the appointment will be shortened.

In the event that you cannot attend a class, a body contouring session, or a consultation appointment, please give us a call to reschedule your appointment. Due to the effect that "no shows" have on scheduling, missed appointments will count as a session and deposits will remain nonrefundable / nontransferable.

No Refunds, No Exceptions. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All services, packages, and products including garments are final sale. 

Service credits cannot be transferred to another person and must be used within 6 months of purchase.
